  1. Carrie, I can't wait to try this recipe!!! (I'm not sure how big my ice cream maker is though, but I will have to dig it out.) I've been looking for a pumpkin ice cream recipe, but hadn't found one that seemed like the ingredients I wanted. I was surprised that there are no eggs in this one. It looks easy though. Thanks for sharing.

  2. Kim, I specifically choose this recipe because of the lack og egg. I do think texture wise a recipe using egg might be a little better but I love the flavors in this one. I was really trying for easy but if I do it again I might try another recipe using egg and then add the chocolate and graham crackers after. Let me know how it turns out.

  3. Hey Carrie, I just unpacked my ice cream maker just for this recipe, but I'm wondering if you have a recipe with the eggs. (I've had the hardest time finding pumpkin ice cream recipes.) Could you send it to me? I think I will try both. I'm going to the store in a minute and I'm going to get the ingredients for this recipe. So excited. =) PS: I have some questions about your PC knives, but I'll either send you a facebook message or call you if I'm too lazy to write it all out. I think I want a couple of new knives but it will probably be what a month or two - when I have my Christmas gift money to spend. :)
